Sellers must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining their BidFlag account.
BidFlag may require additional information or verification before certain selling features become available.
Sellers must provide clear, accurate and complete information about every item they list.
Sellers must not hide material defects, misrepresent the condition of an item or make claims that could mislead a buyer.
If an item has damage, missing parts, repairs, alterations or other relevant conditions, these should be disclosed clearly in the listing.
A buyer should be able to make an informed decision based on the information provided in the listing.
Sellers must have the legal right to sell every item they list on BidFlag.
Sellers must not list stolen property, unauthorized goods or items they are otherwise prohibited from selling.
Sellers are responsible for entering accurate prices, auction durations, bid increments, reserve prices and other applicable selling information.
Sellers must not use pricing or auction settings to intentionally mislead buyers.
Sellers who create auctions should understand and follow the BidFlag Auction Rules before listing an item.
Sellers may not list products that violate BidFlag's Prohibited Items Policy or applicable laws.
Sellers are responsible for checking whether their products are permitted before creating a listing.
Sellers should communicate accurately and respectfully with buyers.
Sellers are expected to fulfill legitimate transactions resulting from their listings and auctions.
Sellers should not cancel a legitimate sale simply because the final price is lower than they expected.
Sellers are responsible for preparing and shipping sold items according to the applicable listing information.
Sellers must follow the applicable BidFlag Returns & Refunds Policy and any return terms presented with the listing.
Where a return or refund is required under the applicable policy, sellers are expected to cooperate with the process.
Describe new items accurately and disclose any relevant packaging or condition details.
Clearly describe visible wear, damage, repairs or other relevant condition information.
Avoid unsupported claims about age, authenticity, rarity or provenance.
Clearly identify missing components, accessories or parts that affect the item's value or use.
Sellers must not knowingly list counterfeit products or misrepresent an item's authenticity.
Where authenticity is relevant to the value of an item, sellers should provide accurate information and avoid unsupported guarantees.
Sellers may be responsible for applicable listing, transaction or other platform fees associated with using BidFlag's selling services.
Applicable fees will be presented through the relevant selling or transaction process.
Sellers must not use BidFlag to engage in fraudulent, manipulative or abusive activity.
BidFlag may remove listings, cancel auctions, restrict selling features or suspend an account when a seller violates applicable policies.
Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the marketplace.
BidFlag may update this Seller Policy when our marketplace, services or requirements change.
