Buyers should review listings carefully and understand their responsibilities before bidding or purchasing.
Buyers should carefully review the information available in a listing before placing a bid or completing a purchase.
Buyers are responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence before making a purchase.
Buyers must place bids only when they have genuine intent to purchase the item if they become the winning bidder.
Buyers must not place fraudulent, artificial or manipulative bids, or participate in activity intended to artificially influence the price or outcome of an auction.
Do not place a bid simply to test the system, interfere with another bidder, artificially increase a price or otherwise manipulate an auction.
If you are the winning bidder when an auction ends, you are expected to complete the resulting transaction in accordance with the listing, applicable BidFlag policies and the Terms & Conditions.
Winning bidders must complete payment within twenty-four (24) hours of winning the bid.
Buyers should make sure that their payment information is available and that they are prepared to complete the transaction before placing a bid.
Buyers are responsible for completing payment for legitimate purchases through the applicable BidFlag transaction process.
Buyers should review the total amount due, including any applicable shipping charges, before completing payment.
Payment must be completed within twenty-four (24) hours of winning an auction.
Repeated failure to complete legitimate winning transactions may result in restrictions, suspension or termination of the account in accordance with BidFlag policies.
Sellers are responsible for shipping purchased items according to the requirements that apply to their listings and the BidFlag Terms & Conditions.
Sellers must dispatch sold items within seven (7) days, unless BidFlag authorizes otherwise.
Buyers should review the shipping information provided with the listing before purchasing.
If a seller fails to fulfill the transaction within the required period, the buyer may be entitled to a full refund, including applicable shipping charges, subject to the applicable BidFlag procedures.
Buyers should inspect the item after delivery and compare it with the applicable listing information.
Returns and refunds are subject to the applicable listing terms, seller policy, BidFlag requirements and the Terms & Conditions.
BidFlag recommends that sellers provide a minimum fourteen (14) day return period.
A seller may offer a “No Returns” policy where legally permitted, provided that the policy is clearly disclosed in the listing at the time the item is posted.
A “No Returns” policy does not excuse fraud, material misrepresentation, unlawful conduct, or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
If a purchased item arrives damaged, is materially different from its listing description, or another significant transaction problem occurs, buyers should document the issue and use the applicable BidFlag support or dispute process.
