Terms & Conditions

These terms explain the rules for using BidFlag, participating in auctions, buying items and selling through our marketplace.

Last Updated: August 2026
Welcome to BidFlag

By creating an account, accessing BidFlag, listing an item, placing a bid, purchasing an item, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced in them.

01 — About BidFlag

About BidFlag

BidFlag is an online marketplace designed to connect buyers, sellers, hobbyists and collectors through auctions and listings.

BidFlag provides the platform through which users may list items, discover items, place bids, manage auctions and complete transactions as supported by the platform.

02 — Eligibility

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use BidFlag.

You must provide accurate and current information when creating and maintaining your account.

If your account has previously been suspended or terminated by BidFlag, you may not create another account to bypass that restriction unless BidFlag authorizes you to do so.

03 — Your Account

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login information and for activities conducted through your account.

  • Provide accurate account information.
  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • Do not share your account with another person.
  • Do not impersonate another person.
  • Do not attempt to access another user's account.
  • Notify BidFlag if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
04 — Buying & Bidding

Buying & Bidding

Before placing a bid, you are responsible for reviewing the complete listing and understanding the item's description, condition, shipping information and auction terms.

Important

A bid should only be placed when you genuinely intend to purchase the item if you become the winning bidder.

A winning bidder may be required to complete the purchase in accordance with the applicable auction, payment and buyer policies.

Users must not place bids for the purpose of artificially increasing an item's price or manipulating an auction.

05 — Selling & Listings

Selling & Listings

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their listings are accurate, complete and not misleading.

  • Sellers must have the right to sell listed items.
  • Item descriptions must accurately represent the item.
  • Important defects and condition information should be disclosed.
  • Photos should accurately represent the item being sold.
  • Listings must comply with BidFlag's Prohibited Items Policy.
  • Sellers must honor valid sales resulting from their auctions, subject to applicable BidFlag policies.
06 — Fees

Fees

BidFlag may charge listing fees, transaction fees, payment-related fees or other charges where applicable.

Any applicable fees will be communicated through the website or during the relevant transaction before the applicable transaction is completed.

BidFlag may change its fees from time to time. Any updated fees will apply as communicated on the website or through the applicable service.

07 — Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use BidFlag to engage in fraudulent, unlawful, abusive or deceptive activity.

  • Manipulate auctions or bids.
  • Create fake accounts to influence auctions.
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • List prohibited or unlawful items.
  • Harass, threaten or abuse other users.
  • Attempt to bypass BidFlag security measures.
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the website.
  • Use automated systems to improperly access or interact with BidFlag.
08 — User Content

User Content

When you upload photographs, descriptions, messages or other content to BidFlag, you represent that you have the necessary rights to provide that content.

You remain responsible for the content you submit.

You grant BidFlag permission to use submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate, display, promote and improve the marketplace and its services.

09 — Account Suspension

Account Suspension

BidFlag may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms or another BidFlag policy.

We may also take action where activity creates a significant risk to other users, BidFlag or the integrity of the marketplace.

Where appropriate, BidFlag may remove listings, cancel auctions, restrict account functionality or prevent a user from accessing certain services.

10 — Changes to These Terms

Changes to These Terms

BidFlag may update these Terms from time to time as our services, policies or legal requirements change.

Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of BidFlag after updated Terms are posted means that you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
