BidFlag provides buyers with a marketplace framework designed to support transparent transactions and provide procedures for addressing eligible transaction issues.
Review the information below to understand how eligible purchase and transaction issues may be addressed on BidFlag.
Sellers are expected to provide honest and accurate information about their items, including condition, material defects and other information relevant to the transaction.
Buyers should keep transactions within BidFlag and use the applicable Platform purchase and payment process rather than attempting to bypass BidFlag's transaction system.
When a legitimate transaction problem occurs, buyers may use the applicable BidFlag support, return or dispute process.
Buyers should contact the seller first when appropriate. If the issue cannot be resolved, BidFlag may be able to review an eligible transaction issue under its applicable policies.
Buyers should retain information and evidence that may help establish what occurred during the transaction.
The applicable support or dispute process may involve reviewing the transaction, listing information, communications, shipping information and other relevant evidence.
BidFlag may review available information and determine what action, if any, is appropriate under its Terms & Conditions and applicable policies.
If a seller fails to fulfill a transaction within the applicable required period, the buyer may be entitled to a full refund, including applicable shipping charges, subject to the applicable BidFlag procedures and circumstances of the transaction.
Returns and refunds may also depend on the applicable listing terms, seller return policy and BidFlag requirements.
Buyer Protection does not mean that every transaction or circumstance is automatically eligible for a refund, return or other remedy.
Eligibility may depend on the item, listing terms, seller policy, transaction circumstances, available evidence and applicable BidFlag policies.
A seller may offer a “No Returns” policy where legally permitted, provided that the policy is clearly disclosed in the listing. A “No Returns” policy does not excuse fraud, material misrepresentation, unlawful conduct or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
Buyer Protection must be used honestly. False claims, fraudulent evidence, returning a different item, intentionally misrepresenting a transaction or abusing the dispute process may result in account restrictions, suspension or termination in accordance with BidFlag policies.
Buyers should keep purchases and related transaction activity within the BidFlag website and associated application. Users may not circumvent BidFlag's transaction system by arranging payment or completing transactions outside the Platform to avoid BidFlag requirements.
If you have a question about an order, bid, payment, return, refund or transaction issue, contact the BidFlag team.
