You may not list, sell, promote or facilitate the sale of items that are illegal, unsafe, fraudulent, restricted or otherwise prohibited under this policy.
If you are unsure whether an item is permitted, do not list it until you have confirmed that it complies with BidFlag's requirements and applicable law.
Items that cannot legally be sold, possessed or transferred under applicable law are prohibited.
Property that you do not have the legal right to sell or transfer.
Items or documents intended to facilitate fraud, deception or unlawful activity.
Counterfeit, fake or unauthorized replicas of branded goods are not permitted.
Sellers must not describe counterfeit products as genuine, authentic or original.
Weapons, explosive materials and other dangerous products that are prohibited by law or unsuitable for the BidFlag marketplace are not permitted.
Items that present an unreasonable risk of serious injury or harm may also be removed.
Illegal drugs, controlled substances and products intended to facilitate the unlawful use or distribution of controlled substances are prohibited.
Products that pose significant health, safety, environmental or transportation risks may not be listed on BidFlag.
Sellers must have the legal right to sell every item they list.
Property suspected to be stolen or unlawfully obtained may be removed and may be subject to further review.
Listings must not expose sensitive personal information belonging to another person without appropriate authorization.
Content or products that are sexually explicit, exploitative or otherwise unsuitable for the BidFlag marketplace may not be listed.
Any content involving exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required.
Items involving protected wildlife, endangered species or unlawfully obtained animal products are prohibited.
Sellers are responsible for complying with applicable wildlife, conservation and import/export requirements.
Products that have been recalled or are known to present a significant safety risk may be removed from BidFlag.
Sellers should verify that products they list are safe and legally permitted to be sold.
Items or services intended to facilitate financial fraud, identity theft, deception or unlawful financial activity are prohibited.
Products that infringe intellectual property, trademark, copyright or other legal rights may not be listed.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their listings do not violate another person's or organization's rights.
BidFlag may restrict additional categories of products where necessary to protect users, comply with applicable law, meet payment or shipping requirements, or maintain the integrity of the marketplace.
This policy does not replace applicable laws or regulations. Sellers remain responsible for ensuring that their items are legally permitted to be sold and shipped.
If you believe that a listing violates this policy, you can contact BidFlag and provide the listing information and reason for your concern.
Providing the listing title, seller information and relevant details can help us review the report.
BidFlag may remove prohibited listings, cancel auctions, restrict selling privileges, suspend accounts or take other appropriate action when this policy is violated.
We may also cooperate with appropriate authorities when required by law or when necessary to address serious illegal activity.
